For over 15 years, Tony has been a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of WisdomTree, Inc. (NYSE: WT), a global financial innovator and asset manager. He has also served on its Compensation Committee and chaired the Audit Committee for over five years and served for two years on the Nominating and Governance Committee.

Tony has extensive management experience as CFO and CCO of Atlantic-Pacific Capital, Inc. a global private equity placement agent and advisor, overseeing all global financial accounting, reporting, compliance, tax, legal and human resources for over 20 years. Previously, he worked for a couple of hedge funds in various roles and spent the first six years of his career as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Tony has obtained the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) Directorship Certification and the NACD Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight and is a US Certified Public Accountant.

I first met Xavier about 20 years ago when Xavier was studying in the US and we have kept in close contact ever since. I have made several trips to Sweden while Xavier was studying his Masters in Finance and subsequently his business venture, Brinja. After many meetings with Brinja's team at their offices over the past few years, I have become quite impressed with the team and technology Brinja has developed. The solutions that Brinja offers to the construction market can be extended to several other industries which further enhances its business opportunities. Brinja simply needs more capital to realize its full potential.
