We welcome Erik Kullgren to the team and ask him to tell us about himself and his experiences.

"I have a degree in economics from the Gothenburg School of Economics and then started my career as an auditor
at PwC. After a couple of years, I moved to Stockholm where I initially worked as a controller and then
CFO at Swedbank Robur (fund management, wealth management and
endowment insurance business). Once back in Gothenburg, I took over as CFO of Dunross & Co AB, a
privately owned investment company where I worked for 14 years, of which the last 4 years as CEO of the Swedish
operations.

For a couple of years, I then worked as COO/CEO of Nordiska Värdepappersregistret, a
cloud-based SaaS service for digital share books with a target group of unlisted limited companies, law firms and accounting firms.

I also have experience as CFO from a listed environment, including Medfield Diagnoistics AB, a
Gothenburg-based medtech company where I got to know Mats Andersson who introduced me to
Brinja. Mats sits on the board of both Brinja and Medfield and saw the need to strengthen Brinja
with the CFO role. What attracted Brinja was partly the innovation drive that Xavier radiated at
our first meeting, and partly the needs Brinja has in its current phase where I believe that many of my previous
experiences can come in handy.

I am looking forward to helping Brinja on the growth journey that is only in its infancy and where I believe that Brinja
has a lot to contribute with its innovations and its dedicated team.

In my spare time, I spend my free time on golf, skiing and boating in combination with supporting our high school teenagers when necessary
. Two teenagers who have both chosen to study economics.... the apples don't fall
too far from the tree."

A warm welcome Erik!
