When Skanska builds the tallest office building in the Nordic region, they use several of Brinja's services;

- Evacuation system

- Light control

- Quality measurements

The house is a new landmark for the City of Gothenburg. It is a complex project with its 36 floors and 144 meters high and will be completed in the summer of 2022 after four years of construction. Building high-rise buildings requires extra preparatory work and expertise, something Brinja's services contribute to streamlining. Thanks to the digital system, supervisors have control over the different parts of the construction site and can work proactively.

"Citygate is the biggest yet! It's definitely a challenge, but it's fun.'"

says David Salomonsson, Site Manager/Production Manager at Citygate. Through a test project Brinja had together with Skanska in 2018, David got stuck for the comprehensive evacuation system that is connected to the existing buoy lighting. This resulted in David being Brinja's first customer, so it is extra fun to accompany him to his next project and to constantly develop together.

"We can get good indications if something is not right out there on the construction site"

says Jeff Stridsberg about is Blockchef logistics at Citygate. Through Brinja's Quality Measurements, they receive real-time data and digital alerts if any threshold is exceeded or below. In this way, they can work preventively to avoid critical problems in the building as well as the work environment for employee health.
